Dr. Steven C. Keogh
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Steven C. Keogh earned his Masters of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, graduating cum laude. Upon graduation, Dr. Steven began his teaching career as a professor of Anatomy & Physiology at a local community college in Kansas City, MO. In 2020, he enrolled at Cleveland University - Kansas City to pursue a doctorate in chiropractic. Simultaneously, he continued as a professor of Anatomy & Physiology teaching pre-nursing students at a local community college. Dr. Steven graduated in the spring of 2023 and then returned to Thief River Falls with his wife, Mikayla, to carry on the legacy of his father’s business, Altra Care. Dr. Steven is currently a professor of Anatomy & Physiology with Chamberlain University. He is excepting his first child in April of 2026 & is beyond excited for his next big adventure as a dad.
Throughout his career, Dr. Steven has maintained a strong interest in athletic performance, longevity, aesthetics, and regenerative medicines.
Stacy: Radiology, Chiropractic Assistant
Stacy has been employed at Altra Care for over 10 years. She is bubbly, efficient and compassionate. Stacy moved from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Thief River Falls and lives with Odie, her puppy. She has two children and loves dogs!

Joined the Altra Care team over 10 years ago. Meckenzie has 2 adorable children, is a dedicated mother, and a "junk" antique lover!
What she enjoys most about working at Altra Care is that we are more than chiropractic: she embraces the fact that there is more to chiropractic healthcare than muscular-skeletal problems, and is proud that here at Altra Care we treat the whole person and find the problem, and not chase the symptoms.
